Session Preparation
How much you prepare for our session is entirely up to you. In truth, the most important—and only—requirement is to trust the process, trust yourself, and arrive with an open mind. However, many people find that learning to quiet the mind enhances their experience.

If you're new to meditation, now is the perfect time to start. A calm, focused mind—free from racing or looping thoughts—is one of the greatest assets in a Quantum Healing session.

​Preparing for Your Session
To get the most out of your session, please take a moment to write or print out the questions you'd like answered. Most people create two lists:

If you have many, please prioritize the most important ones first.

What to Keep in Mind Before Your Session

Wear comfortable clothing to help you relax.

Bring your own pillow if it adds to your comfort.

Limit caffeine intake before your session.
-
Take any prescribed medications as needed.
-
Avoid recreational drugs or alcohol prior to your appointment.
-
Please refrain from wearing cologne or perfume.

Eat something after your session to help ground yourself.

Drink plenty of water afterward to stay hydrated.

Plan your day accordingly—sessions are a minimum of 4 hours (typically a 2-hour interview followed by a 2-hour session) but may take longer as needed.

Tips to Remember

Trust your first instinct – When I ask a question, say the very first thing that comes to mind.

See with as much detail as possible – If I ask you to visualize something, describe it fully and vividly.

Talk, talk, talk! – I can’t see what you’re experiencing, so share everything. Think of yourself as a reporter describing the scene.

Awareness is normal – It’s okay if you feel aware during your session. As human consciousness evolves, full amnesia hypnosis is becoming less common.

Let go of expectations – Every session is unique to the individual. Your Higher Self orchestrates the experience, providing exactly what you need in this moment.
After Your Session

Some parts of your QHHT session will remain clear, while others may fade like a dream. This is why listening to your recording helps absorb and process the information.

You will receive your session recording via email. It is highly recommended to listen to it every night for three consecutive nights after your session, as additional insights and healing can continue to emerge. (Do not listen while driving.)

Bring water and a light snack for after your session. This helps ground your mind and body.

Take it easy for the rest of the evening and drink plenty of water to fully process your journey. I recommend keeping your evening free of social events or work.
Important Notes

Only the person having the session will be allowed in. Friends or family must return at the estimated finish time and wait outside. No exceptions.

Due to session limitations, I cannot conduct sessions for individuals with schizophrenia, dementia, or hearing impairments. However, please ask about surrogate healing in these cases.

Must be 16 years or older to have a session. For children under 16, please inquire about surrogate healing.
